Derivative Data And Uploaded Media

Information our servers automatically collect when you acces the App, such as your native actions that are integral to the App, actions taken when creating entries , editing entries,and uploading media to the App, As such, we may also request access to your device's photo roll or camera in order for us to to upload media to the App.
Any media uploade in this fashion, will be collected and stored on our servers. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

We may collect the data detailed above in two different ways:
Data you provide to us. When you voluntarily provide us with such data - meaning, for example if you are a Business Partner and you register to our Advertising Services and create an Account througn our Site, or if you are a visitor of our Site and you contact us.
Data collected automatically. Meaning, if you are either visiting our Site or use our Business Partner's Digital Assets (e.g., Mobile Application which integrates our Advertising Services). We may use our SDK, Cookies and other similar tracking technologies (as detailed below) to gather information automatically, such as your advertising ID, IP Address, data that is made available for us via the app developer and device information, all as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We may also acquire information from other trusted sourcesto update or suppliment the data that we collect automatically.
Please note that, whenever required under applicable law, we will obtain your consent prior to collection of Personal Data, or obligate our Business Partners to obtain such consent, in which case, you will have the option opt-out of personalized usage of your data. You can see information in the "User Choices and Controls" Section below, or in the privacy policy available to you via the Business Partner's mobile app you installed.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We do not use the photographs you provide when you use the App for any reason other than to provide you with the potrait editing functionality of the App. We may use information other than photographs for the following purposes:
To operate and improve the App:

• Enable you to use the App features;
• Establish and maintain your account, if you choose to login to the App using your social media accounts;
• Communicate with you about the App, including by sending you announcements, updates and security alerts, which we may send through a push notification, and responding to your requests, questions and feedback;
• Provide technical support and maintenance for the App and;
• Perform statistical analysis about use of the App(including throught the use of Google Analytics).

To send you marketing and promotional communications: We may send you marketing communications as permitted by the law. Ypu will have the ability to opt-out of our marketing and promotional communications as provided for in the Opt out of Marketing section below.
To display advertisements to you: If you use the free version of the App, we work with advertising partners to display advertisements within the App. These advertisements are delivered by our advertising partners and may be targeted based on your use of the App or your activity elsewhere online. Retention of your Data

When you are a Registered User, subject to excercising your rights detailed in our Policy, we retain Your Data for as long as you remain a Registered User or, in the case of our platform, also an active user of your account. Where there has not been an activity on your service account for three years we will contact you to check if you still wish to retain your account with us. Where you decide to cancel your account or we do not hear further from you, your account will de de-activated and Your Data will be Deleted. Where you have subscribed to receive marketing correspondence from us we will keep your personal data for marketing purposes whilst your account remains active and for the period of time referred to above. This is subject to excercising your right to unsubscribe from receiving such correspondence at any time.
Where you are an Unregistered or a Registered User whose personal data has been uploaded to the Services, we will store Your Data on our software, in the case of the service, for the benefit of your organization or as long as your organization requires and, in case of our service, for as long as we have an agreement with your organization(wee do not use this information for our own purposes).

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data.
